12/26/22 Had a pipe burst in the attic. Thomas was here within hours setting up fans and dehumidifiers. Thomas is knowledgeable about restoration and the claims process. He is very responsive to communication. Thank you for your help with our loss.

We had water damage due to frozen pipes. Tom and crew responded immediately and were at the property the same night. Very professional, detailed and time sensitive tear down and cleanup work. Lots of high end industrial equipment for water and air damage control. Very impressed and highly recommend.

We called Green Light folks due to the water damage that ruined one of the rooms and lot of basement. Thomas and team were very responsive, helped restore by working overnight and highly professional. We wanted urgency and they delivered.

Thomas was quick to respond when we reached out about our roof that had wind damage in multiple areas. Our insurance company was not working with us and saying the damage was not covered. There was a storm approaching, and Tom was able to get tarps on the roof to ensure no water intrusion during the storm. He did a thorough inspection of the interior of the house and found water intrusion in the attic and in areas of the ceiling. He was present when our claims adjuster came out for an inspection and helped to get our damage covered for way more than the carrier originally offered and helped to get our roof replacement covered. His quality of work is outstanding and he is always quick to respond. He made a difficult situation much easier and we are grateful for his assistance.
