Bob has helped my aunt buy a house many years ago ( the one I remember as a child) and again when she moved and wanted to downsize a bit (into a townhome). When my mother was looking for a place my aunt had recommended him and he helped find her a nice condo. So when it came time to find my own house with my boyfriend he was the one I went to. He made the process so easy and answered all our questions. Ive heard of realtors wanting to find you places at your max budget but Bob really has your best interest in mind. He has the knowledge and the experience, with lots of people he can recommend. Including a mortgage broker, home inspector and lawyers. We will definitely be reaching out to him when we decide to up grade where we want to live next.

Bob Brandt assisted us with selling our house in 2021, and we are very glad that we chose to work with him. He wrote a detailed and compelling description of the property, priced the house accurately so that we received a full price offer, and took his own beautiful and professional-quality photos to get the house listed very quickly. Because we had already moved quite a distance away, Bob was also diligent about making sure the house was kept in great condition between showings. We had interviewed a couple of other agents who were perhaps a bit more "polished", but Bob was honest and kind and turned out to be the hardest working agent we ever had.

Bob did s great job of providing us the information we needed to determine the asking price. He was very helpful with thing that needed to be done to the home prior to showing. Kept us informed during the process. Overall very happy
