When there is an issue with a home or a question regarding tenants, they never let me down in resolving the situation rapidly, professionally, and ensure that I am informed. They are first rate and I would recommend them to anyone owning a property!!

I have a lived at a property managed by Schaumburg Property Management By PHS for a couple of years now and they are awesome. Erick and staff are always responsive to my requests, and the online maintenance request portal streamlines the entire process and makes life so much easier. They are quick to respond and all maintenance requests so far have been remedied within 2 days tops.
