        Can't review their service as a customer but working in the same building with them, they took our $250 worth of miss-delivered food and ate it. In a building of several other businesses and they did not contact the building's front desk nor the delivery company

        The reusable ice mats are problematic leakers. Not sure what the problem is, but this clearly needs to be addressed. My family & I have used Thermos products for over 40 years. I am extremely disappointed in this product and hope that Thermos makes it right.
