Muscle Activation Schaumburg

Ive been working consistently with Julie for the past 2 years, and I consider her my fitness coach. We focus on MAT principles for muscle and joint health, and bone health for osteoporosis prevention. MAT with Julie and Charlie helped me through a neck issue, and a long-term knee issue - theyve helped my daughter and husband as well. They genuinely care and want to help their clients, and it shows through their podcast messages and book Exercise For Life Method. They are a great team with awesome enthusiasm and motivation.

Muscle Activation Technique is one of the best functional pain management strategies Ive ever done. Working with someone as knowledgeable, friendly, and driven as Julie makes the treatments even more successful: less pain, more strength, more functionality in my daily life. I would recommend this to anyone with structural integrity issues like low back pain or muscle soreness/aching. MAT speaks for itself in how fast and efficient it is at regaining neuromuscular integrity and reducing dysfunction and soreness.
