Always a great experience! Janet is wonderful, super detail oriented. When I am mad I can just look down at my nails and smile, mad feelings forgotten.

Exceptional in all categories! So happy I chose SOHO. Janet was delightful in booking my appointment and took time to listen to my concerns on the call (bad experiences @ other salons). Phuong, my technician was sweet and gentle removing a 3 wk old gel manicure from my sad weak nails and made very sound suggestions on how we could manage them going forward. I opted for a traditional manicure today to give them a chance to breathe. The finish is pure perfection. Will definitely return for my next treatment.

i would leave a 0 star review if i could, i never leave bad reviews as i like to find the good in things, however.. i felt the need to warn people to NEVER go to this salon. worst nails ive EVER gotten, uneven, rushed, wrong shape and color, etc. I made an appointment and was taken 30 minutes late. she took another customer while still doing my nails. touched the ladies feet and came back to doing my nails without washing her hands. do not listen to the good reviews, the chance of decent nails is not worth the risk.

Update 4/3/24- Janet does it again! I've used Soho for a long time. But Janet is the best!! I've been to others but no one every treats me like a human. I didn't think much of it until I broke my arm and leg. I was in a wheelchair and went to an old place thinking I couldn't get into Soho. The place put me in the back of the salon in-between two clients. At Soho Janet treated me great. Janet was so professional an and friendly. She wheeled a chair to the. Door and wheeled me to use the restroom. My nails are amazing super satisfied! UPDATE 12/15 was going to Iowa City for a Graduation when I asked Janet to make my nails stand out. Janet did not fail. Janet painted them school colors with a spirited decal I had on each. Janet my nails were admired by hundreds of strangers that LOVED my nails and asked were I got them done! Thanks again Janet!!
