        Erica Flament is giving me a really hard time. After I provided everything she had requested, she told me the underwriting team already found online and they need anything else. There is only 2 weeks away from closing now, she keeps asking for some unreasonable docs. I strongly believe she is intentionally doing this!!

        being our first home together, Doug was amazing at explaining everything in an easy to understand way. He was even willing to stay late for us because of our schedules. So far, the process has been very easy for us. Jared has been on point with getting and submitting our information quickly so we can get this done. These people go the extra mile to get it done.
