Russ was knowledgeable, personable, always available, and returned my calls promptly. He was not pushy or annoying, yet would contact me as rates changed for the better. Guaranteed Rate had very competitive rates, but it was Russ that was the deciding factor. Russ is responsive, on top of the details, hard working, and has a great, calm manner that inspires confidence. I recommend him highly.

Honestly, I don't think I have thanked anyone quite as much as I have thanked Russ during my mortgage process. He has gone above and beyond to do what he can to service his clients/potential clients, he listens, explains and has been fantastic during the entire process. Besides him being a wonderful person to work with, and going above and beyond what impresses me so much about Russ is he does what he says he will do. He calls when he says he will call, he is accessible, he is prompt and he is attentive. I have been told mortgage brokers are notoriously hard to get in touch with, not with Russ, he works for you and makes you feel like you're his only client. I've already raved about him to my family and friends considering buying and refinancing. I would recommend no one else. He's top notch.
