CrossCountry Mortgage is a great company to seek a mortgage with. I was given the contact information for Richard Kimball and his team by my prospective builder. I had a unique situation where I needed a letter of confirmation in order for my builder to begin building, but needed 6 months to clear a debt that would prevent me from a loan in the amount needed. My conversation with Rich was very positive. He said there is no problem handling this. Everything went perfect. 9 months later when the house was built, my mortgage closed without any issues!

CrossCountry Mortgage was incredible to deal with. I worked mostly with Gunnar and he was great. I didn’t know a lot about the process of buying a house and he made obtaining a loan and researching information very easy. He walked me through every step and was sure to explain it so I was able to understand it. He looked into a variety of factors and was able to get me the best possible rate. He was extremely friendly and personable. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to obtain a mortgage. I also had a great experience with everyone else I worked with at CrossCountry. Maggi McCoy, the senior processor, was also very friendly and responsive. Both Maggi and Gunnar were very easy to get a hold of and were timely in their responses.

I had a WONDERFUL, I mean WONDERFUL experience with everyone at CrossCountry!!! I began my journey with Mr Gunnar Dunlap during the beginning of Covid 19. At this time everything was shut down. In order to be processed for a loan all my documents had to be put in place and/or updated. Because I had no way to print my documents or even retrieve some of them, I felt stuck. Mr. Gunnar, Mr. Rich Kimball and Mrs. Kelsey Banks worked with me through follow-up calls, even to have a carrier travel from Schamburg to my home to pick my information, because time was running out. This took a lot of patience and perseverance, on everyone's part, When I closed on my home, This team sent me gifts. I recommend ANYONE to CrossCountry. I LOVE THEM!!!!!!
