        We went there on a Wednesday. The two young men working were exceptional!! Alex was one of them. The food was delicious and the service was excellent!! I highly recommend!!

        We've been to this Zupas before. The foot servers in a cafeteria style were great. The food was good, I can get good food lot's of places. There is one napkin dispenser for the entire restaurant where you pick up your utensils and drinks and it was empty. One napkin dispenser. Lunchtime. It's empty. I had to ask for it to be refilled. There is also an iced server for lemons, limes and butter. My son knew about the butter, that's how I knew it was missing. After I left Zupas I fully reflected on the experience and decided I could never go back. They embarrassed themselves. I called to report the experience and the when I told the manager about the butter she said I could have asked for it. Well I did ask for the napkins and butter - simply by entering the restaurant and ordering a meal. Zupas was not nearly as full as I remember it. There are plenty of great places to eat in Schaumburg. Later today I will apologize to my adult son.
