Jos. A. Bank

The manager and his associate (I can't remember her name) were super helpful and professional. Friendly people who will make actual conversate with you, and more importantly they sized me perfectly for a new suit. You'll pay obviously a little more going here than say trying to buy a suit at Kohl's, but to me the quality and perfect fitment are worth it. I wear many Jos a Bank shirts for work, and they are durable and among some of my best.

I am very dissatisfied with the manager at the jos A Bank store at streets of woodfield in Schaumburg, IL. When we (me and my wife) went to the store and saw us he tried to be funny and engaging. I had bought some items online and the size didnt fit so I had to return them. They were clearance items. Once he started doing the returns on the computer and I was even talking to him he never spoke to me for the next 15 minutes. How Rude. Will never go to into this store. I believe the amount I paid for the clearance item didnt make him interested in us anymore and wanted us out of his store.

Bad shopping experience. The salesman was eager to see me out. Bought my suit from Suitsupply. Bit pricey but the service and quality justify it.

After looking around for a new suit we knew exactly what what we wanted. The sales people are pushy. We knew the cut, style and size but were told "..what you want looks too tight..." and on and on. After two trips to this store we settled on a suit we liked best..not what the sales associate liked. Once that happened, the sales associate's attitude negatively changed. His answers to my questions were short and abrasive. The associate didn't even say thank you or spoke to us as we paid or even when we left the store! We were given the silent treatment! We will have the suit tailored elsewhere because their associate was not available to meet with us to discuss specifics (should we decide to). I will never return to this specific store. I'm tempted to return everything based on the poor customer service at the end and go to Nordstrom and purchase a suit from there (even though it is astronomically expensive, thank goodness for credit cards during the holidays). Terrible customer service.
