It's been 3 days now since I came in to do a public opinion survey and I still have not been paid my incentive. Every time I call they keep saying they will look into it and get back to me and they never return my call. I will be taking legal action if this does not get resolved.

Surveys are interesting just wish they would do cash instead of gift card on line. Like doing them but you have to wait to get the card ect.

There are alot of people posting fake reviews, this company has a huge turn around, always people leaving , quitting , being let go , supervisors making up false naratives about employees, project managers don't review their wording to well , there are always mistakes being corrected , extremely long introductions to the studies to read some a full page, people dont want to sit on the phone that long for something they have a slim chance at getting chosen for, that takes time to read and they complain recruiters don't enough calls , if you spend 15 minutes telling them about the study and 20 minutes asking questions you cant honestly make 25 calls an hr its unrealistic, questions or response choices that don't make sense, they will have you book people, than cancel them , than rebook them, sub-par training, young supervisor karelli speaking out loud with friends that work under her about going out to drunk and lit up, one who will accuse anyone of arguing with her Pinocchio Tiffany, who assigns you studies she knows you can't access to work on , just so she can falsely say you argue with her when you ask why she keeps giving you things she knows you can't access. Some People that are called to screen are labeled by the company as LIAR/cheaters, I'm not so sure all those do lie, Tommy the unprofessional supervisor always sending out warnings about dress codes and he himself always under dressed in long baggy denim shorts who you should be able to let know your equipment isn't working properly , than will write you up for complaining, and the owner Karen the owner pays no attention to recruiters never steps into the call center or cares to know them or how things are going, I got really tired of the nonsense and quit, earlier this year many recruiters as well as supervisors walked out because of these reasons so they were desperate to fill positions handed a supervisor position to a 19 yr old, they had trouble replacing supervisors the nit picking and lies drove out too many began and ended up quiting shortly after, maybe they didnt want to play the back stabbing games. After seeing the ins and outs of this type of research I would never want to take surveys or be screened again
