Worst broker ever !!!! Booked a load with them and their shipper has loaded 54.000 lbs. on our trailer. Truck was overweighed by 10.000 LBS. Never responded to our emails our calls about this problem, forcing us to drop the part of the overweighed load to an agent to correct the weight. Afterword's blaming everything on us. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them. . Unless you want to be responsible for overweight tickets and having a truck stack somewhere for several days, with no help whatsoever.

carriers beware they are nothing but liars and cheats. will have you wait for hours and not pay detention time even when it was their fault. Looking from the responses below looks like they have been liars for quite a while. I have sent several requests to carriersatisfaction with no response. I would steer clear of any of their loads

moved load for them when we received CQ it was short payment of $235.00 for no reason when we called to ask why there is short payment she said you guys took t check and this and that i showed her record they we didn't take any t check then she said call her back now she dont pickup phone

So I was put on Do Not Book With list for asking for detention.....loaded for 8 hrs and still delivered the load .....really........this is comedy! WOW...so yes carriers Do not ask for detention if you want to book again with these guys......LOL
