        Employees will lie to you. Tell you they have stock then act like it never happened when you go in. Extremely shady location. Cancelling my T-Mobile service due to this.

        Very bad experience with this guys the service horrible they dont care about the costumer they dont want call costumer service to fix my problem they charge me for a service i never have and a phone i never have this guy the manager the same bad service

        From the moment we walked in we already knew we were going to have a better time at this store after being lied to at Golf and Basswood - upon walking in Osvaldo and Ada came up to us with a smile! Driving 5 minutes from our home was extremely convenient versus going to see our connections at T-Mobile over an hour away. My fianc and I were previous T-Mobile employees of 5 years so we are well aware of the sales tactics that are used but never at this location were we pressured into purchasing anything additional. After thoroughly explaining the promotions, we all agreed upon what we wanted to purchase. The entire time we spent there (1.5) hours was filled with laughter as we reminisced on the old days of T-Mobile with all of the employees in the store. To the manager Young, keep doing what youre doing with your team - theyre great. Thanks again guys for the new phone and watches! P.S Golf and Basswood T-Mobile customer service is absolutely terrible spare yourself and take the drive to this location.
