As a whole this company is a tyrant and a joke. All they do is overcharge you and keep adding fees every month even though you're signed into a contract with them at a certain price. All they do is raise your prices with no explanation. Absolute horrible company I wish I didn't have to deal with Xfinity ever again.

If there was a choice to give it a no star or half, this would be it. They never credited my returned adaptor and for years have been charging me monthly ...this is clear indication of robbery. Calling customer service to rectify this is a joke. I'm out of options except to cancel entirely...They make it difficult to contact anyone.

The employee named Jeff is one of the worst Comcast employees Ive ever seen and thats saying something. Rude, obnoxious, refused to get the manager - it was easily the worst experience at a Comcast store. When AT&T finishes their fiber by me Im gone just because of this awful customer service.

worst experience!! we are using xfinity since 3 years and they people increse plan rate next day we went to the store and talk about this but that guy u rudly answer and not co operate so we told to stop the plan as out service completed in 3 days so we said okey we paid for this month so after 3 days you can stop the services and he said ok.. but same day they people cut our connction as i am a student i have 2 zoom inteview and i am not able to give because of you guyes.. worst experience ever.. you have to improve your customer services also..
