The hotel experience was disastrous, completely ruining my wife's and my vacation. Our room had serious health issues, with black mold on both the window and shower curtains. To add insult to injury, we were provided with towels that had holes and tears. The bed was even worsethe springs had worn through the mattress, poking me in the back uncomfortably. When I complained to the manager, Zaig, he promised to look into the situation and get back to me. However, there was no follow-up whatsoever; no note in our room, no message on the door, and no communication from the front desk. The next day, we decided to check out early and requested a refund for the remainder of our stay. Zaid informed us that we needed to go through the booking company, Agoda. Dealing with Agoda was just as frustrating as dealing with the hotel. They kept sending me the same pre-fabricated email repeatedly, claiming they were still working with the hotel. It was all a bunch of nonsense. After over a week of back-and-forth, I finally managed to get through to Agoda again and was informed that the hotel would credit us back for the days we were not there. The whole ordeal left a sour taste in our mouths. Neither Wyndham nor Agoda should be trusted unless you want your vacation ruined, as they did to my wife and me. Here in our room for two days and a morning. A hotel employee knocked on the door at 730am. Asking if we can move rooms. Didn't offer up any upgrades or stuff to entice and fix their mistake. No breakfests are available. I would not recommend this hotel.

Run down, dirty hotel. We had a suspicious stain on one of our bed skirt, we asked the staff to change that, and was told by the evening staff that they would in the A.M. When I asked at the desk in the morning, they said that housekeeping only comes if you stay there for more than 3 days.

Pretty basic hotel but it gets the job done. I was in 225 and the room was nice enough, it had a balcony overlooking the pool and pond out back, great for a nice breeze this time of year. Shower had nice pressure and was hot but the sink only got Luke warm water for some reason. Definitely dated carpet in the room and some parts in the bathroom had the shower peeling from what looked like water damage. Laura from the front desk was very pleasant professional and polite, she definitely deserves a raise or promotion from how she handled herself, the guests and the operation she is absolutely a Dimond in the rough. All in all it was a nice spot for the price I paid ($85). Walkability: Seemed safe and there were people walking around the pond and pool outside, nice spot for a smoke as well
