I used this NON-UNION servicer for about 2 years for our 3 franchise restaurants. On several occasions they had to come back to correct and/or complete previous repairs on some coolers and a roof top ac unit that stopped working shortly after the first time they came out to repair them. When we questioned the owner and asked him to give us a break on return trips considering they were so frequent, he would rarely budge and if he did, it seemed like he made up for it on the next trip because it seemed more and more expensive every time. When we decided to go with another hvac servicer, they pointed out that most of the parts which were recently replaced were cheap and likely purchased on Amazon or were not factory replacements and from china. The incident that was the final determination of never using them again was when one of Repair Masters aka Rm Services technicians showed up late and smelled heavily like marijuana. When we called to discuss it with the owner we were speaking to the lady who answered the phone and could hear a man in the background shouting an antisemitic statement very clearly. I was appalled and hung up, we then just decided to never use them again and put that nightmare behind us. Do yourself a favor and go with a professional and more reputable servicer.

Dont go through this company. They were trying to charge me 3x the price other 2 companies quoted me. I needed the job done right away and they dragged sending someone out. They first sent a lady to take pictures and scheduled another appointment much later on to fix it. The day comes, the guy walks in, sees ice in the cooler unit and tells us he cant work on it until it melts. The guy was literally at my business for about 6mins just walking around. The guy left so I called other companies that came in the same day and quoted me a third of the price to get the job done. My cooler got fixed that same day. Weeks later, their company kept hounding us threatening us with a lawsuit for a bill of over $200 for literally doing nothing but wasting our time. I understand that his employee mightve said that he spent hours, blood, sweat and tears on the job when I literally have video of him just walking around for less than 7mins. I would have taken them to court if we werent going through the death of a close relative so I paid the bill so my wife wouldnt have something else to worry about. This company is trash and their work practices are hawkish and borderline mob sharks. Save your money and talk to other companies before even considering this company.
