I was struggling to add an extra SSD to my laptop in a personal project -- but I have little experience and a fear of stripping screws that were giving me trouble. I brought the SSD and laptop to P&P and they added it for me quickly and for no charge. I've used P&P once before years ago and am glad they're here!

Sure, I will justify my review :). I took my laptop in for a broken screen that needed to be replaced (had a minor crack) That was the only issue with the laptop. After dodging my calls for a few days, I finally got a response that I could pick it up. Upon arriving, not only was I told the laptop screen was not replaceable, but that the real problem was with the processor (really? From a cracked screen?) And that it wouldn't power on any more. There was clearly a broken piece inside the laptop pressing against the casing, and it was obvious that these idiots dropped or in some other way damaged it. They denied all responsibility and STILL tried to make me pay. The customer service experience was terrible, and they tried to charge me for breaking my laptop. Hilarious. With how many computer repair stores are in the area, try your luck at another one. These guys are untrustworthy, incompetent, and an embarrassment to themselves and their "business".
