        i have been going here for years and im a loyal customer the staff is always so rude and look like they hate their life. I feel like I offend them any time I ask for a fitting room

        Super disappointing experience this morning at the PacSun at Woodfield Mall. Many items of clothing falsely advertised at significantly lower prices than we were charged. The teenage girls running the store were semi-apologetic but also lethargic in explaining that the store makes them advertise that way. Also, they were out of bags and our kids left very upset. If this is how the store chooses to operate and what they deem as acceptable customer service, we will not be back.

        Super helpful team of people working at this location !! They are more than enthusiastic and willing to help me with online ordering and grabbing other sizes !! The management team is super informative of deals and store policies as well !! I love shopping at this location :)
