    From the moment you walk in - at least for one specific agent - theyve already made up their mind if they are going to help you or not (I will say the ladies are nice). Specifically on this occasion - the agent refused to accept a government issued ID for verification of our account. Seriously!!! Who are you the FBI! Dont give me some excuse of algorithm. Anyone who looks like an immigrant stay away from this specific location. Fight the parking at Woodfield. They are more helpful and dont discriminate. In response to the reply: ~15 mins later - guess what - another store scanned the DL and IT WORKED. Dont give your customers false information. Retrain your employees please. Maybe the attitude was coming from us porting our numbers away from T-mobile. My family has been with T-mobile from the Primeco! There are CLEAR intrinsic biases. If management isnt willing to acknowledge this and fix it, then you are part of the problem and not the solution.

    Honestly, if I could give this zero stars, I would. Actually, this review is mostly for Jaqueline - if we had had the opportunity to interact with any other associate at this store, maybe our experience would have been different. My husband and I have been to this store twice, with two separate issues. Before we even finished our sentence, Jacqueline told us she could not help. Both times, she did the exact same thing and was rude and disrespectful the entire time, even rolling her eyes at us. Maybe she was irritated that we did not understand something that seemed basic to her, but she was extremely offensive in her attitude, tone and behavior. We persisted and attempted to express what we needed help with because T-mobile customer service told us we needed to and she dismissed both times. We went to a different store and our issues were handled very differently and resolved. I hope you do something about her and her attitude - it is truly unacceptable. We will never go back there.

    Checked to make sure the phones were in stock and certain colors were available online went into the store - Mohammad had us take off our screen protector to inspect the phone - Mohammad told us he had no colors in stock after we declined any accessories or adding a line for a watch. Manager Cora came out and said online isnt updated. We used to be T-Mobile employees and know how important line attachments can be for metrics so we werent surprised. Confirmed with another associate that works at a T-Mobile they have the phone in stock but because we were just upgrading and not getting add on they said they dont have the phone. Always terrible service at this location

If the ID states it is not valid for identification, we cannot accept it. This has nothing to do with being immigrant or not, if you have a different ID that does not state this, we can happily assist you. Apologize for the inconvenience, we are always improving and hope you'll give us another chance to provide better service in the future.
