The stylist name is Paris but she gives SKID ROW SERVICE!!!!!First and last time I will ever visit this salon.I booked via styleseat and this is the second time I had a bad experience with a stylist booked through said styleseat.I booked a flat twist updo for a 4:20pm time slot.The service was $96 dollars.I was contacted by Paris at 1pm asking if I wanted to come at 3pm due to a last minute cancellation.When I arrived I was told I had to pay extra for a primary or busy time slot charge? Styleseat didnt mention this charge during booking but I really needed my hair done so I agreed .I arrived at 3pm ish and left the salon at 7pm.Paris cannot do flat twist !!!!even though she has pictures on Styleseat that says otherwise.She gave me a blow out which was weird because I always get a flat twist updo and Ive never gotten a blow out before twisting.I asked for a trim because I just took my braids out.I shouldve known the twist wasnt going to look good when she started blow drying my hair before I asked for the trim.She didnt add any products to aid in my hair being dry so the twist can look neat .She had those long Praying mantis nails that made it impossible for her to tightly grip my hair.I asked to look at the back of my hair and it looked half way decent but the front twist was sloppy.It really looked like my 16 year old niece asked to practice flat twist in my hair. I told her I didnt like the style .She asked what I wanted to do and I told her Ill take the style down in front of her and Ill just pay for the blow dry and trim.She still managed to charge me $96 for a style I didnt receive.$72 for a blow out and $24 for a trim.Girl really???!!!God dont like ugly and he aint too fond of pretty!!!!Whether you believe in him or not please believe what goes around comes back around!!!!!!You get back what you put out ..Simple

This was my second time going. I love my new stylist, Lady Tiffany, I call her. She does awesome work. Wanted to step out of my comfort zone, well she put me there for sure.

I came in for a silk press done by Paris patt and I left with my hair looking like a failed blow out ! The owner contacted me but did nothing. I won't be back here. Pictures attached! Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Blowouts
