        Treated myself and 3 daughters to facials, after Christmas. Only 1 of 4 had a pleasant experience. Towels smelled musty. Lucy criticized and berated my one daughter who suffers from acne. Poor girl left in tears. Her face was blotchy; nose was actually red & swollen for 2 days afterward. Other daughter did not get foot wash, massage of hands & feet or essential oil preference. Paid over $700 - EXTREME buyers remorse!!! I called repeatedly and emailed store manager, Angela, but NEVER received a response. Horrible and very costly disappointment. Do not waste your money.
