      image Worst banking experience I have ever had. I needed to come into the branch to have my ID checked to open an account. The branch manager and the two bankers were not helping anyone. I was told I would need to make an appointment. The branch manager did not even know the name of his boss when I asked for it. He was completely giving me the run around. Meanwhile, one banker was in his cell, one was trying to look busy. In the time he was stalling, he could have just checked my ID.
