Not a good first impression. I had an odd encounter with someone I assumed works here. I was out on my afternoon walk and my knee started to ache, so I took a couple of minutes to just rest it, sitting on a small decorative wall containg a pebble garden in the front of the building. I saw a small real-estate sign in the window, and since it looked like many other real-estate signs around town I assumed it was because the building was vacant and up for sale. Plus it had previously been a law office with the old sign still out front. As I'm sitting and fidgeting with some pebbles, a skinny guy comes out from behind the building, I smile and say hi. His reply is "who are you and what are you doing here?" I explain im out for a walk and just taking a break, he begins interigating me, why I chose that spot specifically, why this property, and why I'm messing around with the rocks. I kinda froze, because I don't know who this person is. Im a woman and I'm by myself. He never introduced himself, he just appeared out of no where, and is looking at me like he's trying to intimidate me. Now I'm starting to feel like I'm a criminal. I explain again, "I'm just taking a break, I'm not trying to start anything." Then he replies, "well, my dad owns this property, okay. And he doesn't want people messing around out here." He told me I had one minute, and then I needed to leave. It wasn't until the next day I found out from a friend that it was a real-estate agency. It would have been a good opportunity to ask me about real-estate, may be hand me a card, because my husband and I have been looking to buy a home and havent had any luck. Not sure if I'll go here though. First impression was not very welcoming. May be next time dont pass up the opportunity to get a new costumer. Definitely could have been handled better.

Jim and Kendra did a fantastic job helping us find our first house. They helped us define what we were looking for and were very patient in helping us find one that was perfect for us. They also explained the whole closing process so we knew what to expect. They are the only realtors we will ever use!
