        Well i applied 2 and half weeks there after background check drug test they emailed me wit a start date. wait till last day of the job i had to to email me they not goin to hire me.

        Terrible place! They don't appreciate the drivers who deliver the goods for them. The staff is rude. They force you to drop the trailer and go from facility to Walmart on a bobtail. They cannot explain why I should go and stand on someone elses private property. They have no other worries or things to do than push your bobtail out of the territory. The security guard is not polite and doesn't even try to understand the situation. He is rude. Walmart staff should direct their drivers to wait at the XPO Logistics facility. Worst experience with XPO Logistics. P.S. In Texas, XPO Logistics allowed me to stand on a bobtail on their property for 6 hours!!! The company's policy can be anything, but people must remain PEOPLE. I was bringing them goods, and they greeted me rudely. Remember that loading is 6 hours and unloading is 3 hours.
