Update: This place did not offer to provide us with alternate locations as they stated in their reply. That is a lie. We would have taken that offer because we were concerned about our dog. We asked about the length of the wait because we were going to go elsewhere if it was too long. We did not want to leave and be the next one, and you guys refused to provide any information. My husband is the one who took our dog. You guys checked our dog in, took vitals, etc. He had 0 communication with you from 7 pm to 1157 pm when he left. I called you and asked about the wait time and said he was there. On the phone I was told you don't give times. I said my husband was there and was told what I said in my review. When he called for the appointment, he was told there was one person there and two on their way. He said he will be there in 30 and was there in that timeframe. When vitals were taken, my dog had a temperature, which was ignored. Own up to your mistake and don't lie. Pathetic.
This place is a joke. If you have an emergency with your pet, DO NOT go here because your pet will never be seen by a vet.
We thought our dog ate something that could cause an obstruction and potentially kill him. We called to bring him in and we were told to come in, but it could be an hour or two wait. My husband brought our dog in, they took vitals, weight, etc. Three hours later and the vet still did not see him. We asked how much longer the wait would be and they said they do not give wait times and they only have one vet. Two hours after that, my husband finally called it and went home. He was there for five hours and no one saw our dog. Our dog just needed two xrays according to the person on the phone before we came in. If you're actually that busy where you cannot do two xrays in five hours, then update someone and let them know it will be x amount of time. When you also say it's a one to two hour wait, five hours is not the same as one to two hours. We are now going to wait until Monday when our vet opens for our dog to be seen and hope that nothing is wrong with him.

I scheduled an appointment for my puppy dog for pre surgery physical and the surgery. It was easy. No worries, all my questions answered. Excellent environment and professional and nice staff.
