We really love this club and their soccer program. When we moved to the area, we reached out to several clubs, and really liked the welcoming atmosphere created by the coaches and the other players and their families. Our oldest quickly adjusted to his new team. Our youngest joined the pre-travel junior academy program. He has really grown so much under the guidance of the coaches there. The coaches really go to great lengths to make sure he has a good time, and understand the concepts. In a few 1v1 drills, they noticed that he struggled when paired with his peers. In response, one of his coaches would go against him, letting him practice the move at his pace, allowing him to succeed and feel proud about scoring a goal.
These sorts of things have gone a long way in helping foster a love of soccer. He has had several introductory soccer experiences that have varied greatly in quality: often because he initially did not get the basic concept of the game as quickly as other kids, he would be left behind. Other kids wouldnt pass to him and other coaches wouldnt explain things to him, and he would often miss out on the joy of the game. Thanks to the coaches at CSA, they have been able to create a welcoming environment that gives all players a chance to enjoy the game and succeed in the long term.

I have had my children run through various programs in the area and CSA stands out for a few reasons. Proper coach to player ratio, good communication throughout the season to parents. Most importantly they allow a player to develop and gain confidence as they progress with consistent coaching styles. Lots of opportunities for players that work hard!

For the price thats paid the fields are just ok, director states the temperature will dictate whether practice and games will be played but ignores the heat index so kids are out there when its near 100 with the heat index. No shirts are given out, no signage to indicate which field is which. Overall CSA is a poorly run organization and you can find much better for the price they charge.

CSA is an amazing soccer club! I have had both of my sons enrolled in the academy since we moved into the community 3 yrs ago- and this club and academy is all about the kids, and the love of the game. Such a great culture of a well rounded club of amazing coaches that come with amazing experience and understand how to get thru to the kids!
