William Solomon
The store manager, (I believe his name was Nick). He was spot on with his advice...very efficient, no-nonsense, and very personable. You have a winner there!

This review is partly on me for my ignorance but, if someone gives you a bucket and asks to match the paint, please, please, PLEASE, actually try to match it. Give the customer a comparison. I gave them a bucket of paint and asked if they could match it. They took the bucket but instead of me watching and making sure they actually did, I trusted them and went and got other things I needed. The employee just handed me the can and didn't say anything to me. So I trusted them. I had to do some touch ups as we are moving and selling our house. Our realtor said they could've pulled out due to the paint not matching. If we hadn't went to a different Shermin Williams and asked what happened, who knows what would have happened. The other Shermin, actually matched it and gave a comparison. Even the sticker was different. So we're thinking this one did NOT match the paint and just looked up the name. But I don't know. Long story short, PLEASE make sure it's actually matched and give a comparison. Otherwise, staff was friendly.
