        I've been going here for about 4 months now. Each time I go, the team is so friendly and lovely. I saw Bella today for an ombre dip with a design, and it was like she read my mind! My nails are exactly the way I wanted them! I plan on returning whenever I need my nails done.

        During a manicure this evening, I asked that the employee be more gentle with my cuticles. I asked several more times to be more gentle. The employee was moving incredibly fast and barely responded to my request. She then took a huge piece of skin from my cuticle region that even 10 hours later is still bleeding and sore. I felt completely uncomfortable my entire manicure and felt as if my body and my voice was not respected. I will not be going back here.
