I have been a customer of American Family Insurance for many years. Recently, I had an insurance review with Agent Ashley Kaptur. She was pro-active in reaching out for a coverage review of my policies, She could not have been more helpful in explaining my current coverage along with some recommended changes. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Not only was I able to upgrade my coverages on my home and auto insurance, I was able to save money in the process. It is because of people like Ashley, with her personality and knowledge that I will continue to be a long time customer of AFI.

Wonderful experience with Ashley and this company. I was acquiring quotes from a number of companies, and Ashley was super responsive. Everything I asked for she was able to provide - which wasn't the case with some of the others. And the price was right. Here's to (hopefully) a long relationship.

Agency account manager Ashley Kaptur was just incredible. All my insurance questions answered and explained. Usually dread going through the insurance quote process. Ashley made this pleasant as well as unbelievably easy. Saved me a lot of money with better insurance coverage than I had. Thanks Ashley.
