Gutter Repairs St Charles

After speaking with Troy twice regarding a gutter cleaning and repairs, he scheduled Tony to come out Friday, 10 am on Aug. 23rd 2019. By 10:30 am no one showed up and nobody from Gutter Repairs St Charles bothered to call me. When I called them again to find out what happened, my call went to voice mail. I left a message regarding our appointment and asked for a call back. I received no communication what so ever. If you are a professional business and make an appointment with someone, I would expect some type of communication and/or explanation as to why you are not showing up for the job. So if you like wasting your time and being left to dangle in the breeze (like my gutter) you can call this company for NO service.

Would not recommend to anyone!!! I called last week Friday, hoping to get gutters cleaned before snow on Sunday. Troy indicated that they normally come out in 1-5 days, but that he could have it done for me on Saturday. I ended up calling Troy around 2:30pm on Saturday to check on status, as no one had showed up yet. He indicated that his guy was coming from Wheaton and was on his way. I left for the afternoon/evening, and when I came home, I confirmed that they never came. In order to have my gutters cleaned before the nasty weather on Sunday morning, I had to go out and clean them myself at 9:30 at night. I have since tried to follow up with this company and it just rings to a point where then I get a message that says this number does not have a voice mailbox. I would not trust this company, as they mislead, lie, and not follow up...clearly not someone I want to do business with!!!
