After speaking with a number of builders, we chose to work with Steve and his team on our whole house renovation, and we are so glad we did. The experience and knowledge Steve brought to the project were invaluable, and his attention to detail was outstanding. Renovating a 100 year old home will always bring some surprises, and we had plenty, but Steve helped us make quick and well-informed decisions, no doubt saving us money along the way. Weve lived in the house a few years now and can absolutely vouch for the quality of the work done. Highly recommend.

We recently used Biron Homes + Design for a bedroom/master bath addition, a total replacement of a second floor bathroom and a new two car garage and driveway. Steve was always accessible, hands-on, communicated clearly to us about upcoming costs and scheduling, provided us with valuable guidance and input, all with keeping an expert eye on detail. Biron Homes Designed, Constructed and Built our 2 Tier Deck with Gazebo built around a 15x30 Pool. It came out Great and we get a lot of complements. Steve is Knowledgeable, Honest and Fair. He has good contacts in the other Trades. We will be using Biron Homes again. Service: Deck construction

We engaged Steve and Teresa for a full gut rehab. We removed half of the existing home, dug a basement under the existing house, added a third floor and bumped out the back of the house. Needless to say a lot of work. Steve was involved in every step. He met with the architect with us at every meeting. His input was invaluable. The quality was unmatched compared to other builders we interviewed. Steve took the time to explain to us where we should spend our money, and where we should look to save money. Once the project was completed Steve said to us something small is always going to pop up, dont ever hesitate to give me call. Teresas expertise allowed us to design a kitchen that was larger and much more functional than we ever imagined. Could not recommend strongly enough!!
