Went on Saturday morning for their self service dog wash, got there at 8:10am, 10 mins after they opened and their dog wash was absolutely disgusting. Dirty towels were piled out of the basket, mold under the tubs and dog hair every where. Looked like the floor hasnt been cleaned in weeks. The garage cans had hair and trash inside about 1/2 full. Told the workers on the way out but they didnt seem to care. Just said okay.

Ordered online for in-store pickup they only gave me half my order by the time I realized it I was home and the store was already closed. I called the next morning and asked girl to just mail me the other half of my order and she takes all my information and says she'll call me back and let me know. 5 hours go by and I haven't heard from her so I called back and another person answers the phone and says she'll have to call the manager. She puts me on hold for 5 minutes and comes back and says someone will call me tomorrow. I asked her if I should just go through the corporate customer service and she says I don't care what the hell you do and hangs up on me.
