I can't believe this place. My son made the order ahead of time online and when he got to the restaurant at 9:15 . They told him they had thrown the food away. Never mentioned to refund him either. Worst place ever.

Horrible customer service. None of the people on the line were taking orders. Customer line ran all the way to the front entrance until a worker finally started taking orders. Yikes.

Dont waste your time going here. Made an online order at 8:30 pm, Thursday, April 11. They close at 9. I get there at 8:43 pm. The front door is locked so I decide to go through the drive through. Drive through ends up taking 10 minutes to go through. I finally get to the window and everyone in the building acts like Im not there. I wait another 5 minutes, and a young lady doesnt even know why Im there even though I already told them I was picking up an online order through the drive through speaker. She acts confused for another five minutes, along with the manager. Manager doesnt even acknowledge the drive through. I tell them I payed through online as I was getting impatient at this point. Until they finally tell me they threw away all the food after wasting my time. Ridiculous work ethic.
