Excellent cut. Explained well the struggles of a first cut for a puppy and didnt want to traumatize my dog and did a good job keeping my dog calm and got the cut done.

I took my puppy in today to get groomed for the first time with petco in round lake. This was my puppys and I first experience with a groomer. When I checked in, I saw a family observing a random dogs grooming appointment. They were Caucasian I then saw a man observing his own dogs grooming appointment. He was Caucasian As I am waiting to watch for my pups appointment, I was asked to leave by the manager and come back because it was a distraction for the dogs. ( mind you there is tons of people shopping and walking by checking out the dogs getting groomed.. its a clear window) I asked him why he didnt say anything to the family or man that was just thereobserving. He then just offered me a chair. I was taken back. I am Hispanic. Rude and unprofessional Grooming ladies. First and last time going to the round lake location. Please go somewhere else. Would have gave zero stars if I could.
