Stopped at this store in hopes of finding my girlfriend the bag she wanted and left with more than we needed and a HUGE smile. After having one of the worst experiences at another store, we walked in to very attentive and understanding associates. Kayla and Jesus went above and beyond to help my girlfriend find just what she was looking for. On top of that, both associates worked to find the bag that she had ordered from another retail store, after she kept being sent the wrong bag. These two called, looked online and even asked for pictures to help get her the correct bag. After a great experience we decided to look at belts and other bags as well and left with two additional items than what we had intended! Sometimes its the simple things like water, candy, jokes and smiles that can make a shopping experience memorable. THANK YOU Kayla and Jesus for bringing back my girlfriends happiness and being so understanding. It says a lot when you go to another retail store, and someone asks you what you got at the Jimmy Choo store, only to be asked if Kayla and Jesus helped you with your purchase. Clearly these two are well known and appreciated! We will definitely be going back to work with these two in the future.

We purchased a $781.00 pair of boots in 2021 as a gift they were defective from day one and for nearly 3 Christmass now we been getting to get them repaired. Several months ago we finally got a reply and have been stalled , misled and put off for months. Finally last week we got a call assuring us the problem would be fixed cause the product is now discontinued and we later got emails back insulting us asking to return the defective item now after giving it to someone and after waiting months to get an issue dealt with that was dealt with totally inappropriately. Jamila and Irene have been inconsiderate and highly incompetent. We get no positive assistance nor do we get reasonable resolution. For Jimmy Choo this is sad, embarrassing and pathetic from an A line company. Guess Jimmy Choo has become shoe Carnival! Chuck and Christine Miceli Chicago Illinois

I have had an issue for 3 year we been dealing with concerning some defective shoes we bought. Corporate has been horrid, ambivalent and disrespectful!!!!! But I need to get a receipt from 3 years ago recently and Jesus and Ivan were AMAZING!!!! Maybe corporate in London needs these two to come there to teach them about white glove customer service that should be the norm at such an A-line chain such as Jimmy Choo!!! Whomever hired and trained these people kudos !!!! Thank you Jesus and Ivan!!!!!
