Very bad costumer service and the front desk I went there last week and I bought 11 Nike shoes I had to go back in two days because my daughters shoes was one number big and I need to exchange get a smaller number and she wore those shoes from the store to the parking lot,imagine I drove back one hour with the shoes went to the store they told me no we cant return them because these are worn imagine I told you these are worn but not for a long time I spend so much money all the time I come there and you have the Power to tell a costumer I cant return them shame on you shame this is how you loose a costumer by doing and acting like this because you dont appreciate a costumers time being there I do Not recommend this store

I came to this location to buy this specific shoe I was looking for. When I went to checkout the man freaked out on my mom and I because a box was not put back. I had put back all the boxes I touched but didnt put that specific one because it was already there. The employee said if I didnt put back that box he wasnt going to allow me to check out. My mom then came in to defend me because the employee was too aggressive. He then proceeded to yell at my mom. Throughout the entire time my mom remained calm and not once raised her voice. The employee was completely rude and this behavior should not be tolerated at all. The behavior towards us felt very targeted and on purpose.

I went into this store to just browse the clearance. After seeing there was not much available I left. The person I was with stayed behind to browse some more. Then I got called back and was accused of stealing a pair of shoes. The tall black man on the heavier side kept accusing me and then threaten to look at the camera. When I told him to look back at the camera footage (which would have proven that I did not take anything) he refused. His only reasoning behind accusing me was that he found an empty box meaning I took the shoes inside. Terrible and completely unprofessional store.
