Zip Water North America

A fear we all have about buying fancy devices like Hydro Tap is that if anything goes wrong the options for repair are slim to none. I'm happy to report that this is not the case here in the Bay Area with Darrell who is Hydro Tap's local rep. He came by and re-set the initial settings, showed me how to keep track of things, and the sent me a new faucet filter which made the regular water delivery work much better. In an era of poor to awful customer service this level of care is like mana from heaven. Thank you Darrell, and by extension, thank you Hydro Tap for offering this level of excellence.

The Zip system we installed is great! Boiling water for pour over coffee and tea in the morning and sparkling and still water all day. Make sure to check the ventilation before you install. It definitely needs airflow but I'm super happy with the result.

Of all the things in my new remodel, the hydro zip is my absolute favorite! The water tastes amazing. I have the filtered,chilled, still and sparkling option which is outstanding, plus the filtered, boiling hot which I use for instant tea making and fast pasta cooking to mention just a couple. I cant speak highly enough about this appliance, its incredible!

This is the best appliance we have in our new home The still water is always the perfect temperature and has such a fresh clean taste. Far superior to any other filtered water. Its such a luxury to be able to dispense sparkling water and instant boiling water from the same tap, instantaneously. We cant imagine not having a Zip faucet. The whole buying and fitting experience of our Zip has been flawless. Highly recommend this valuable investment.

I LOVE my Zip hydro tap. The water comes out pipping hot and instantaneous. The cold water has no aftertaste and is refreshingly clean. My favorite feature is the Sparkling which my family all enjoys. It is cold, sparkling and delicious. The customer Service at Zip USA is 100%. Anthony and Marcey both answered all my email questions and even came in person to my home to inspect the system install. Anthony graciously showed me programing buttons, and spent time checking that all was working to perfection. Cannot express how awesome the Zip USA team is. Excellent!
