        Terrible Hotel. Food served is like prison food . Parking at 15$ per entry in convention center.

        Good things: Was clean, fast elevators, complimentary water in meeting/conference room tasted good. Poor things: Our first morning we had to tell housekeeping at least twice that we didn't need them to do our room. Safety: The room door is very heavy, especially for someone with muscle weakness. The room door also moves very fast. The smooth, black thing across the bottom of the doorway is an additional safety risk. These three factors combined resulted in me falling twice, and the second time injuring my ankle. (See photos) Food & drinks: Not only does this hotel not offer a complimentary breakfast; but the pricing is absurd and the quality is not worth the cost. Furthermore, the hotel wants to fine people for bringing outside food and beverages into the meeting rooms. Noteworthy details: No pool, room phone didn't work, toilets rather low making it hard to stand after use, and no microwave in the room.
