Years ago, I met with Apex regarding a buildout for my startup. I was very impressed with their services, but I couldn't fit them within my budget at the time. A decade later, I decided to work with them for an expansion project. I appreciated that they managed every aspect of the project, from design through construction, and took a lot off my plate. I don't have the capacity that I had with my startup to deal with the endless issues that come up during a buildout. Jeff and his pre-construction team designed an office that is both esthetically pleasing and highly functional. Andrew did a great job managing a project through all of the Covid-related challenges. And Mark has always been around to help on-site with any of our needs, and continues to help us with any issues that have come up since we opened. I would use Apex again if I ever move or expand. Apex helped us in remodeling our small private school. We gave the start approval late but they were able to finish on time. Taking care of design, permits, construction, project management, inspections and left it clean in move in condition. Great team and such a relief to be done on schedule in this market. Apex has a reputation around town of being the premier company to go with if you are building a new medical facility or even remodeling an old one. Boy, did they deliver on that reputation! I built my DREAM dental practice in 4 months with Apex. They were upfront about timeline and costs involved. The entire process was seamless, and they brought all of my ideas to life flawlessly.
