I just walked out without ordering food. I waitied in line with no one in front of me for 15 minutes while 3 people were making a flurry of to go orders. This happens, I get it. However a line was building behind me so I politely asked the closest associate excuse me, is there anyone that can take our orders, to which this person responded with Im busy bro. And he turned around without another word. I told him that I was leaving and they wouldnt be getting my business today. I called and asked to speak to a manager and was told that there was no manager there. I asked to speak to whoever was in charge and the person on the phone said no ones in charge. This place has good food, but that kind of customer treatment is not acceptable.

Tried a few things on my first visit. Firstly, nice clean restaurant. Staff is very friendly and professional. Tried the Mac and cheese, it wasn't for me. Not that it's bad, just not my style. Popcorn chicken comes off as a little greasy, and that's not a complaint. Very tasty. But it doesn't hold a candle to the BBQ Chicken Alert sandwich. I kind of wanted to just go right back for another one. The sauces I tried were good, I'll need to try a few more next time. The shake I got was a shake, you can't really go wrong there. All in all enjoyable, a bit costly but not ridiculous, and pretty satisfying. Will definitely be back.

It's ok not the best, plus their shake machine has been broken for a week. I came here a couple weeks ago and had the peanut butter shake which was delicious, been trying to come back just to get that again but their machine is always broke
