Terrible customer service! I tried to exchange a pair of shoes for my toddler that did not fit him. I wasnt asking for my money back. Only an exchange for a bigger size. They wouldnt make a one time exception for the shoes. Manager was extremely rude. Now im out of $40! Im upset & Will never be back shopping here!

I went to buy some clothes today for my baby, and the cashier was very rude her name is Sherry, and she did not want to check on a coupon that I had answering that there was no coupons available at the moment, and she did not even want to try. She was with all her attitude and even racist, I did not want to do anything at the moment because I was with my daughter and parents, but I'm writing this review and hopefully the manager can do something about it. I am a very loyal customer and have never happened something like this before. Right after this, my brother went to buy more clothes and there was another cashier attending him and I asked him to check on the same coupon and he was nice enough to do it and went through, he was very polite. I always come to this store, and if this happens again, I will be taking other measures.
