Pho Xich Lo Viet Cuisine Roselle

I've had pho and spring rolls about every place in the US and abroad that one can have them, and this homey little restaurant really stands out. It's nothing fancy (think basic diner), but the food is worth driving out of your way for (and I did). The spicy pho was exceptionally flavorful, and the spring rolls...oh, the fresh spring rolls...just to die for. I ate an order myself, but it's enough for two people to share, especially if you're ordering pho. I will visit this little gem every time I'm in Chicago.

Pho Xich Lo is exactly what I was looking for. Really traditional menu and the Pho is outstanding. Tastes so fresh and like home. Best Pho in Chicagoland for me!

This is a great option for vietnamese noodle dishes right by the Roselle Metra. It's a smaller restaurant, but it's kept nicely and the staff are very kind. It was our first time visiting and we ordered pho and bun bo hue. There is a small station where you can serve yourself vegetable toppings, so there is little waste. The portions are decent with generous amounts of meat. Everything was delicious, we'll definitely be visiting again soon!
