        We had issues with a pond that was installed by another place. Met with Gem ponds. They diagnosed the issues and made detailed explanation of how they would be addressed. The work was all completed as planed and scheduled. Communication was great. Pond is fantastic, meets all our needs and looks and functions much better than previous pond. Excellent work all around.

        George and his crew at Gem Ponds did an amazing job! George took our input and put it together with his expertise to create our stunning pond. The crew worked tirelessly, was timely, and professional. We couldn’t be happier with our pond! We highly recommend Gem Ponds!

        George's team at GEM Ponds were very professional and totally responsive to my requests and design concept. They installed a multi-tier waterfall pondless water feature in my yard in around five hours. It was exactly what my wife and I wanted. In fact it exceeded our expectations. The entire team was friendly and courteous, listening to our suggestions and following through. They even offered suggestions to enhance the design. After they finished, the property was totally cleaned up. Overall the install was a fare price.
