It's inconceivable someone who has a position of helping others could speak rudely to patients. Her behavior left me in need of a new physician.

I have been trying to find a doctor that I am comfortable with for so long and I have finally found her! She actually took the time to listen to me and understand that I have multiple issues with my health and she is willing to help me with all of them and I was so relieved to find her that I actually cried at my appointment! 5 stars all the way around!

If I could give a zero, I would. I've never met ruder or nastier doctor in my life! SERIOUSLY! I love how yiu suddenly try to offset my review score with other sudden scores. Who talks to a patient by saying that they never want to see them again because they "complain too much"? And when I said I didn't say anything, she said that it was in my "chart".(Are they keeping a secret chart on people)? And this is strange, since I only come once a year, or so. I hope she doesn't talk to depressed and Long Covid patients like that. I am so disappointed. She should be very embarrassed, especially because I came as a returning patient. I thought I liked her.( Well, that made my mind up, didn't it?) To make matters worse, a nurse admitted to me you were snippy to her also. I'm glad it wasn't just me. Don't worry, I won't be back.

Best Doctor around! We switched our Primary Care doctor to Dr. DiLeonardo a while ago after Dr. Simon left OSF. We always recommend her to anyone and everyone who asks me. Shes someone that listens to you and does everything she can to help you with any concerns you have. The entire staff is amazing, friendly, and make you feel like you are part of the family. I am picky when it comes to Doctors, and except exceptional treatment. some say I am to picky as my Primary Care Doctor the most of my life was my Great Uncle. When I rate a Doctor great it is because they are.
