Dr. Crays is nice, but these people never ever check their emails or sign off for prescriptions. my wife is over here crying, frustrated, and pissed off that the staff that works there can't return a simple phone call or send in a simple prescription . Don't know what the hell the problem is. So here she got the liver test at the radiology place and there are some problems, been 2 weeks and not hide nor hair heard from these jokers at Crays office, maybe I'm wrong but shouldn't the patient be a priority instead of the $$$$?

Thanks so much for sending a pre-written blanket response to my frustrations with being sick. I have tried to give this doctor's office every chance. It really is the worst. Of all my years in many systems getting healthcare this doctor's office is by far the most lacking in empathy, compassionate, and basic human interaction. I don't know if it's because you are too busy or what, or is this just how it goes under the supervision of Dr. Crays, who I try to avoid at all costs because of the above. Some eye contact and at least an effort to connect with the patient would maybe waste too many minutes? I don't know, but I will be searching for another doctor, I don't care how far I have to drive, anything would be better than this poor excuse for healthcare. Believe it or not, there are doctors, nurses, and nurse practitioners out there that actually care about their patients and like their job. I will be searching for one of those and telling everyone who will listen about the horrible healthcare this office is providing. Thanks for nothing but frustration.

I am here sitting in office, called and made the appointment first thing in the morning at 8 AM. For them to look at my daughter who Im pretty sure has Covid at 2 years old. Walgreen wont test till she is 3 years old so where is my other option? THE PRIMARY CARE OFFICE. And they refuse to see my daughter because they are arguing in the back about the Covid test as what Heather told me. I would not bring your kids here as they do not care about them. They just care about the paycheck.
