Painting is average at best. 1 Star given due to trying to get someone out for warranty work. I understand it is their busy exterior painting business but Live Paintings response is we are busy and will let you know when we can come out even after a month of waiting. If things were painted properly and not in a hurry to get the job completed we probably wouldn't have had to even discuss warranty work. I would consider adjusting my review if I can get Ricardo (Live Painting) to honor the warranty. Sad you have to resort to online reviews. Service: Exterior painting

Ricardo and his team did an exceptional job rebuilding my basement after a flood. From framing to drywall, trim and painting, their attention to detail and quality workmanship was impressive. Martin was a pleasure to work with, always responsive and accommodating to any questions or concerns I had. Not only did they start the job before I even received quotes from competitors, but they also met my crunched schedule without sacrificing quality. I am very happy with the outcome of their work and look forward to having them work upstairs in the future. I would use Live Painting again for the following reasons: 1. Trustworthy: I had to be out-of-state during the painting job - Ricardo, Martin, and the rest of their team used my house key kept in a lockbox. I did a final walkthrough with Ricardo and his team completed some final touchups when I had to leave again. 2. Best price and best job: I received several estimates and Live Painting's was the least expensive overall because they included two coats of paint, hauling of debris, etc. Live Painting did an excellent job with painting a ceiling with water damage, color matching, and ensuring there was no drips on carpet/cupboards. They also did an excellent job with painting all the trim. 3. Great communication and easy to work with: Martin sent me text and photo updates throughout the job, as I was out-of-state. Ricardo worked with me so I could send in partial payments as the job progressed. He never pressured me. He and Martin were professional throughout the entire process.
