This review is for Brenda. I recently had the pleasure of working with Brenda at Rainmakers and I must say, she exceeded all my expectations. I had a last-minute schedule change and needed the service team to come to my home earlier than planned. Brenda was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. From the moment I spoke to her on the phone, I could tell she genuinely cared about my situation. Her kindness and understanding were evident, and she immediately went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Brenda worked her magic and managed to rearrange the team's schedule to fit in my appointment earlier. I cannot express how grateful I am for Brenda's exceptional customer service. It's not often that you come across someone so compassionate and patient in a high-intake business like Rainmakers. Her willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference in my experience. Working with Brenda was an absolute pleasure. Her professionalism, helpfulness, and understanding made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was a little worried when my old sprinkler co. closed, & Rainmakers offered to take on all of their customers - but I couldn't be happier w/ the service. They send out multiple timely reminders for services via phone & mail, & their employees are so nice & helpful - from the nice people who answer the phones to those that come to my home to maintain our system. They've helped us w/ annual maintenance, plus a couple of repair issues now & made it a hassle free experience - always on time & so courteous! A tech was just here to address a couple of sprinkler head probs left after the city's curb replacement project - he fixed the issues quickly & explained everything thoroughly & kindly. PLUS It cost about of what I expected! This is an A+ business I'd recommend to anyone.

Before our previous irrigation company was bought out by Rainmakers, we were contacted in early spring to set up turn-on. This year, we were not contacted in early spring by Rainmakers to schedule a sprinkler turn-on. When I finally did call myself, they would not turn on our sprinklers until June. (We are all booked up.) Meanwhile, we had four weeks of drought, and our grass was brown. Two weeks after our turn-on, one of our sprinkler heads was noted to be broken. Again, We can repair the sprinkler head in two weeks Two weeks?! What is the point of a sprinkler system when it is never able to be turned on?! There was no attempt to find us an earlier appointment. We are very dissatisfied with Rainmakers Company. After this season, we will be switching to another irrigation company.
