I had a great experience with Twin Oaks. George and Lynn were very easy to work with when getting the estimate and selecting flooring. They were able to schedule the installation the very next week once I made a selection, which was incredibly convenient for me. George reached out every step of the way. Dan did great work with the installation and was extremely efficient with his time. I couldnt be happier with the final result. Overall, Twins Oaks prices were better than big box stores and did not try surprise me with any hidden fees or costs, making them the clear choice for quality and affordability. I highly recommend Twin Oaks Flooring for their great people, prices, efficiency, and quality of work!

Salesman named sam jumbled out paperwork and reciepts( along with many other people) and they wont honor our monies back. we even have proof of reciept on credit cards. Going to sue them .
