        Minus 5 stars, I booked this place for a staff member for 3 nights, rooms do not come close to expectations of a clean and comfortable hotel. Only used one night, and asked for a refund and the manager went off on me, called corporate, they agreed that we needed a refund for the next two nights, they told corporate no as well. Corporate could not believe the way the manager handled it either. This place allows for two rolls of toilet paper, and charges for each additional, they sell coffee pots and pots, pans and utensils if you want to use the kitchenette. A very dirty hotel in desperate need of a makeover from top to bottom. Beware of the no refund policy.

        Honestly .. this hotel is a joke, the employees are so disrespectful and the new management makes it no better! Stayed here for a little while. Me and my girl card was on file the day renewal, we asked to pay later but decided to leave ( stay and pay for 7 days or leave ) we later decided to leave because the are beyond disrespectful and the police is there if not everyday ! Every other day. Anywho, LOL ! They waited until almost MIDNIGHT ! To charge my card ! Not only my card ! But my girl card as well! If front desk closes at 10, why is my card being charged at 11pm ! They tried charging me twice of 100$ ! Tried charging my girl 210 and another 100 do the math ! Thats 510$. They say there is an unpaid balance of what ? WiFi ? Of 12$? And maybe a late fee of 15-20$ ? I could only imagine if all this money went threw off our cards that wouldnt even try returning of it. It sucks also because there is people in there that gives them actual problems we never were that. Waiting to try in charge someone card in the nightly hours then thinking they will voluntarily do business with you is insane!! 510 . Is theft not a small balance as stated. Gesh ! Watch out for this place !!

        They suck now cuz they don't let cats be there and they had us to be inspection cuz of my cats and 2 they tiolet was leaking so much n floor was dirty dirty I had to keep cleaning n cleaning but they changed there I won't ever go there they allow dogs but not cats that's a dame shame
